Practice Nurse

About the role

Kingsley Family Practice is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team in Greenwood, WA. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall health and wellbeing of our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering vaccinations, conducting health assessments, and coordinating chronic disease management

• Assisting in procedures, performing wound management, diagnostic testing such as ECG's & ABI's, iron infusion, and medication administration

• Collaborating with the general practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care

• Participating in practice meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve patient outcomes

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care

• We are offering a maximum of 24 hours per week - 8 hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
