This Is a Hunter's Role, Not a Desk Job

Dolphin Solutions delivers premium commercial bathroom solutions into major projects across Australia: airports, commercial towers and retail.

We need a driven Lead Generation Executive who gets out and builds relationships with leasing managers, asset managers and architects. Your job is to be first in the door on new builds and refurbishment projects, so we're front of mind and first to know!

What You'll Be Doing

•      Cold calling developers, architects, leasing managers, asset managers and contractors

•      Meeting face-to-face with leasing managers, asset managers and architects

•      Presenting Dolphin Solutions' capability to architects and decision-makers

•      Arranging and running events at architects' offices

•      Building and maintaining strong relationships so you're first to know about new and refurbishment projects

•      Qualifying projects and decision-makers, booking appointments for the BDM team

•      Keeping the pipeline moving through consistent follow-up

•      Logging activity in HubSpot CRM

This is a relationship and hard-work role. Not admin. Not desk research. You won't close the sale, but you'll open every door.

•      Real cold calling experience

•      Strong relationship-building skills

•      Persistent and results-driven

•      Organised enough to run a CRM without it slowing you down
