We are seeking an experienced and driven State Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our metering operations across New South Wales. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient field service delivery while supporting a high-performing team of Electrical Supervisors and Meter Technicians.

About the Role:
As the State Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the technical service delivery of metering operations at a state level. You will provide leadership, coaching, and technical support to field teams while ensuring operational KPIs, regulatory requirements, and safety standards are consistently achieved, driving service performance and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Electrical Supervisors and Meter Technicians to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality metering services across NSW.

• Manage operational performance, ensuring KPIs, service delivery targets, regulatory obligations, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

• Provide technical leadership and escalation support for advanced metering technologies, complex field issues, and Meter Provider requirements.

• Drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence by enhancing processes, systems, reporting, and field performance.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve safety, quality, compliance, and business outcomes while supporting organisational change initiatives.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Electrical industry experience within the metering industry

• Previous experience leading field-based operational teams.

• Strong knowledge of metering installations, electrical standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience driving operational improvement and performance outcomes.

• High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Commitment to workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
