IT Service Management Support

The Role

Macquarie University IT is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to assist our MQ Health IT Service team. You will be highly organised, capable of engaging customers and following processes.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the MQ Health IT Service Team customers.
• Log customer inquiries into Service Now.
• Escalate incident and request matters to team members.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to assist customers with minor issues.

About You

• An analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Methodical approach to work and able to follow established processes/procedures.
• Keen to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management.
