The role involves safely driving company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and materials between the office, client sites, and other locations as required. The Driver/Personal Assistant will assist with loading and unloading equipment, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and completing basic vehicle checks. Day-to-day tasks also include providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, running errands, organizing documents, and assisting with general office duties. The role requires reliable time management, clear communication with team members, and a professional, customer-focused attitude when representing Etched Media externally.Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and confidence operating vehicles in urban and industrial areas.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following instructions and company procedures.Professional communication skills for interacting with internal staff, clients, and external partners.Physical ability to assist with lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and materials as needed.Basic administrative skills, including handling schedules, errands, and simple documentation or record-keeping.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining vehicle and workplace cleanliness and safety standards.Previous experience in a driving, courier, or personal assistant role is beneficial but not mandatory.
