Estimator (Plastic Products)

Corex Plastics Australia is your Australian champion of the plastic circular economy. 

Corex design and manufacture carbon neutral certified products that are used broadly across the Retail Display, Packaging, Material Handling and Building industries. When our clients are finished using our plastic products, we give them new life by recycling them.

Our customers include some of Australia's most iconic brands within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Building and Construction sectors.

We are looking for someone to fulfil the role of Estimator within our growing business.

The primary purpose of the Estimator will be to configure and quote products made from Corflute® and Promeg® sheet. Products include:

• POS displays

• Stationery

• Packaging

• Boxes and containers used within the logistics of FMCG goods.

The Estimator role is absolutely ideal for anyone that has quoted products for a manufacturing business and understands the key cost drivers:

• Design

• Raw material

• Purchased components

• Machine capability

• External contractors including printers

• Packaging requirements

• Freight

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Costing/quoting experience

• Communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Customer service mindset

• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
