Apprentice Retail Butcher

Start your Retail Butcher Apprenticeship at one of the best retail butchery's in Brisbane. 2nd or 3rd year apprentices also welcome

We Need Someone Who Has:

• A genuine passion and wanting a long-term career in industry.

• Customer service experience and skills (would be advantageous).

• Excellent presentation.

• Strong communication skills.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment – and LOVE it!

• The ability to learn quickly - this is a MUST. It's a very busy, high volume shop.

• Availability and flexibility to work some weekends and rotating rosters (penalty $$ rates apply).

• Attention to detail and great organisational skills.

• Current 2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship training and relevant skills (within the Certificate III in Meat Processing - Retail Butcher qualification), if continuing your training.  

• Permanent work rights in Australia, with no restrictions.
