The Role

You’re not just into fitness, you’re into leading people, growing a business, and creating a thriving community. What you’ll also do:

• Oversee day-to-day club operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team
• Deliver an outstanding member experience every day
• Drive social media and marketing strategy
• Drive membership growth and achieve key sales targets
• Build local connections through community engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard environment
• Ensure compliance with franchise and OH&S standards

• Working with Children Check

About You

You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:

• With leadership or management experience preferred
• With strong fitness/gym experience
• Preferably with proven experience in Sales and Customer service
• Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Results-driven and proactive attitude
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
