About The Role

As Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support accurate supplier payments, strengthen financial controls and coordinate offshore operations across the Liquor business. Your key responsibilities will include

Coordinate offshore accounts payable activities, supplier queries and team performanceResolve complex payment escalations across suppliers, stores, distribution centres and internal teamReview financial reports, identify trends and provide commercially focused recommendationsOversee period end processes, journals and reporting to ensure accuracy and timelinesPartner with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues across the end to end supply chainSupport business and technology initiatives, including ERP and process improvement projectsMaintain strong governance, documented procedures and compliance across accounts payable operations

About You And Your Skills

You are an experienced accounts payable professional who combines strong technical knowledge with practical judgement, confident stakeholder engagement and a passion for improving how work gets done. You will also bring

Clear communication, problem solving and the ability to influence stakeholdersExperience across accounts payable processing and supplier query managementExperience delivering accurate outcomes within a retail or high volume environmentStrong ERP capability, ideally across SAP, MAX or similar ERPProven experience coordinating and supporting offshore or shared service teamsAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills with confidence analysing financial information
