Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and production team to achieve branch targets.
  

• Drive caravan sales through exceptional customer service and effective business development.
  

• Manage stock levels, showroom presentation, and branch operations.
  

• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in the region.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local community partners.
  

About You

• Proven experience in a branch, sales, or dealership management role (caravan, automotive, or similar industry preferred).
  

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
