Experienced Epoxy floor / Paint coating showroom sales

The Gig:

Join our business to drive the sales of our premium concrete floor sealers, spray coatings, and epoxy flooring products.

You will run our showroom trade counter, handle inbound phone inquiries, and occasionally head out on-site to close commercial supply deals.

What’s in it for you:

• $$$: Handsome Base salary + Super.

• Bonus: Commission on gross profit from new/expanded deals.

• Hours: Mon–Fri only. Stable, clean, "off the tools" indoor job.

We want either:

1. A paint/ epoxy coating sales expert or Trade Desk Veteran: You’ve spent years working trade counters or managing branches for brands like Dulux, On-Crete, Sika, or even popular local paint and exopy supply shop. You know the local tradies and you’re ready for a real sales upside.

2. An Ex-Contractor / Tradie : You have experience with concrete spray, decorative coating, or epoxy coating business. You have great people skills and know how to quote, but you’re ready to step away from the physical field toll and get a comfortable in a stable desk job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store & Phone Management: Be the boss, face and voice of the store. Manage trade counter sales, answer technical inquiries over the phone, and coordinate orders.

• Account Management: Proactively call existing and lapsed trade clients (concreters, applicators, floor specialists) to secure repeat business.

• Deal Closing: Occasionally travel across the Brisbane/Gold Coast corridor to meet clients, inspect project specifications, and close major supply deals.
