We are hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers at Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter.

Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter is located on the precinct’s Upper Bent Street, close to Sydney Cricket Ground and Hoyts Cinema. Fratelli Fresh celebrates the very best of Italian cooking. The menu combines traditional Italian flavours and beautiful produce for which Fratelli Fresh is known, and loved, across seven venues in Sydney and the Sunshine Coast.

What we’re looking for:

• Individuals who are genuinely fulfilled by the practice of hospitality, building connections, customising guests experience and problem solving
• Proven experience at a managerial level in premium venues
• Strong service instincts, with the ability to read the floor and lead in real time
• If you can speak Italian that would be a bonus! 
• A commitment to detail, consistency, and continuous improvement
• The ability to develop people and build a high-performing team culture
• Current RSA certification.
