Smiggins Hotel & Chalet Apartments, a Ski in / Ski out hotel located in Smiggins- Perisher Ski Resort, is searching for energetic individuals to be a part of our team to complete the winter season! We are on the lookout for vibrant team members with an energetic, positive, and professional flair to fill the position of food and beverage all-rounder.

Food & Beverage Attendant:
Indulge your passion in hospitality in our Bistro, Dining Room and bar, open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will take food and drink orders, set up and pack down dining areas, handle guest enquiries with a professional touch, and communicate effectively with food & beverage and kitchen staff. 
We are looking for individuals with previous hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.

An RSA is required for the role.

Kids Club / Childcare:
Our Day-care service, catering to hotel guests, operates from 8:30AM – 3:30PM, followed by the kids' favourite, evening Kids Club from 5:30PM – 9PM. 
As a kids club team member, you will help create enjoyable experiences for the children. We have activities such as arts & crafts, disco nights, karaoke nights, magician shows, snow play- The fun doesn't stop!
A minimum of a cert III in childcare is required for this role. 
 

This position is availabe from now until the end of the winter season.
