Project Engineer / SPE / PM - Plastics

Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage all construction, commercial, and stakeholder aspects of projects.

 About the role:

• Manage multiple civil construction projects from inception to completion

• Oversee project delivery including scope, timeline, budget, and quality

• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Lead site teams and coordinate resources effectively

• Ensure HSEQ compliance and maintain client satisfaction

 About you:

• Proven experience as a Project/Senior Engineer or Project Manager in pipeline construction

• Water and wastewater construction experience preferred

• Experience with pipelines, HDPE and GRP essential

• Relevant qualifications (Engineering, Construction Management or similar)

• Proven track record managing multiple work packages within $20M+ value projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills
