What you’ll be doing

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through genuine, personalised service

• Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty

• Use your product knowledge and styling expertise to confidently recommend outfits and solutions

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs

• Contribute to a high-performance, sales-focused team environment

• Support visual merchandising, stock processing, and store presentation standards

• Assist in creating an engaging and welcoming store environment that reflects the GAZMAN brand

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in fashion retail environment

• A passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales results

• Confidence in building rapport and creating long-lasting customer relationships

• Strong communication and selling skills

• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• A team player who contributes to a supportive and high-performing culture

• Excellent styling and visual merchandising skills

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (38 hours per week)
