About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Custodian Vaults business as a Client Services Executive.
Custodian Vaults is a state-of-the-art private vaulting facility providing premium, secure safety deposit box solutions. Combining advanced security technology with exceptional customer service, we deliver a trusted, discreet and confidential experience with the highest standards of protection and privacy.
Reporting directly to General Manager – Custodian Vaults, the purpose of the Client Services Executive is to utilise your amazing people skills by assisting clients with any queries, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided. This is a people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys connecting with clients, solving problems and delivering a professional, personalised experience across face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails and client enquiries.
Support clients with vaulting, precious metals and account-related queries.
Manage lease renewals, insurance records and client documentation.
Conduct client-focused vault tours and assist with outbound sales.
Support sales growth, client retention and business development initiatives.
Complete client compliance checks and assist with overdue accounts.
Prepare reports and business proposals as required.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and service providers.
About you:
You will ideally have:
Previous client service, customer service or administration experience.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, well-presented and positive team player.
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
In house training in all aspects of the role will be provided.
