THE ROLE
Based in Portland on Victoria’s stunning Southwest Coast, you’ll work in our workshop or across a variety of fixed plant and equipment on client sites. Whether you prefer full-time stability or casual flexibility, we have options to suit your lifestyle.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Machinery installation and commissioning
• Planned and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant
• Fabrication, fitting, and mechanical repairs across diverse industries
• Contributing to a strong safety culture on every shift
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Australian recognised trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or Boiler making/Fabrication
• Proven experience in site-based maintenance or machinery installation
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities
• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously when required
• Current driver’s licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Highly regarded but not essential:
• LF (Forklift), EWP (Elevated Work Platform), Working at Heights (WAH), and Confined Space certificates
