Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant

Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Acumen Health, you will call on your clinical reasoning skills and clinical expertise to support people who have sustained a physical and/ or psychological injury at work. Applying your clinical skills in a different way, you will take a holistic care approach for your client and manage their journey from rehab to healing. Working with your clients to develop, implement and monitor their rehabilitation plans, you will support them to return to the same job or get a new job to help them lead a fulfilling life.

• Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
• Strong clinical reasoning nous
• Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
• Experience in conducting various clinical assessments
• An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
