Make a meaningful impact every day. Hope Physio is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. This is a full‑time, Part-time position offering excellent benefits, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work across both clinic and community settings.

As a Speech Therapist at Hope Physio, you will provide evidence‑based assessment and intervention for clients across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. You will work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, support coordinators, and families to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Position: Full-time Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience Work Environment: Clinic‑based and community‑based service delivery

• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop individualised treatment plans aligned with client goals

• Provide services in both clinic and community environments

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Participate in professional development and service improvement initiatives

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

• SPA registration (or eligibility for registration)

• Valid driver licence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and client‑centred care
