Make a meaningful impact every day. Hope Physio is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. This is a full‑time, Part-time position offering excellent benefits, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work across both clinic and community settings.
About the RoleAs a Speech Therapist at Hope Physio, you will provide evidence‑based assessment and intervention for clients across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. You will work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, support coordinators, and families to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Position: Full-time Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience Work Environment: Clinic‑based and community‑based service delivery
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for communication and swallowing disorders
Develop individualised treatment plans aligned with client goals
Provide services in both clinic and community environments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in professional development and service improvement initiatives
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA registration (or eligibility for registration)
Valid driver licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence‑based practice and client‑centred care
Competitive salary: $85k–$110k per year
