Project and Procurement Manager - WA Schools and QEII

Lead procurement and project delivery across the WA Schools and QEII portfolios, driving governance, commercial outcomes and successful capital works delivery in a complex operational environment.

Opportunity for Project and Procurement Manager to join our Health and Education team and lead procurement and project delivery across the WA Schools PPP and QEII Carpark PPP portfolios.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will oversee lifecycle renewals, modifications and minor works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with governance and contractual requirements. Partnering with operational teams, suppliers and stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in achieving strong commercial outcomes and delivering value across a high-profile infrastructure portfolio.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead compliant tendering, procurement and contractor engagement activities.
• Manage lifecycle renewals, modifications and minor works across multiple operational sites.
• Drive governance, documentation and audit-ready project controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and commercial performance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver clear project communications

What You'll Bring

• Experience managing multiple projects or work packages within facilities, infrastructure, construction, maintenance or social infrastructure environments.
• Strong procurement, tendering, subcontractor management and contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, commercial controls and value-for-money principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Qualifications in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
