Grocery 2IC (Full-Time)

Support the Grocery Manager in leading a high-performing team while delivering exceptional merchandising standards, stock availability, and customer service.

Bakery Supervisor (Full-Time)

Lead our Bakery team by coordinating daily production, maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, and ensuring a well-presented, customer-focused department.

What You'll Be Doing

Grocery 2IC

• Support the Grocery Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department

• Coach and develop team members

• Maintain excellent merchandising standards and stock availability

• Drive department standards, presentation, and operational excellence

• Assist with rostering, stock control, and team performance

Bakery Supervisor

• Support the Bakery Manager with daily department operations

• Lead and develop a productive, customer-focused team

• Coordinate production schedules and product availability

• Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation standards

• Drive efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional customer service

You'll Bring

• Previous supermarket, bakery, or retail leadership experience

• Strong communication and people leadership skills

• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A passion for customer service and team success
