Nursing Pool- Registered Nurses

Classification: YP3-YP9

We’re seeking enthusiastic Nurses to join our Nurse Pool.

About the Role- Permanent Part Time

Multiple Positions

May be required to work across all sites. As a Nurse Pool team member, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care across a variety of wards and clinical areas. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing your expertise and flexibility to meet patient and service needs.

About You

• Current registration with AHPRA (Registered or Enrolled Nurse)

• Demonstrated clinical competence and commitment to best practice

• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Essential

• Entitlement to work within Australia

• A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date

• Provision of valid Working with Children Check

• Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions

• Registered Nurse (RN) holding current practising certificate with NMBA or

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

(AHPRA)

Desirable

• Experience of willingness to gain experience in area of clinical practice

• Sound assessment, care planning, care delivery and evaluation skills

• High level of documentation skills

• Sound level of communication skills

• A preparedness to engage in precepting / coaching EN students and

orientation of new staff

• Commitment to collaborative practice and productive working relationships

• Ability to reflect on own practice

• Evidence of ongoing Clinical Practice Development

• Effective patient allocation management

• Evidence of assisting peers with portfolio development
