The Rix Hotel in Charters Towers is looking for a Head Chef to lead our busy, fast-paced steakhouse kitchen.

This position would also suit a strong Sous Chef or experienced chef looking to step up into their first Head Chef role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in a busy, fast-paced kitchen

• Has strong steak and grill experience

• Can lead and motivate a kitchen team

• Is organised, reliable and hands-on

• Takes pride in producing consistently great food
