Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Oral Health Therapist to join our dynamic team at Mt Pleasant Dental Centre in Applecross, Western Australia. This is a Part-Time position for two days per week, including Mondays and Tuesdays or Tuesdays and Fridays.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing routine dental cleanings and scaling procedures

2. Providing oral hygiene education and instructions to patients

3. Assisting dentists with various treatment procedures

4. Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment notes

5. Ensuring a high standard of infection control and sterilisation procedures

6. Promoting and educating patients on the importance of good oral health

What we're looking for

1. Part Time Oral Health Therapist in Australia

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

6. Proficient in the use of dental equipment and software

7. Available to start ASAP
