to join our team in Thomastown, VIC 3074 or Brooklyn VIC 3012. This is a full-time position that is crucial in supporting our road transport operations within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry. We are open to all levels of experience and will provide training where required

About the role

EAM Global Movers is seeking Standard Drivers /MR/HR truck drivers and offsiders with experience in removals. Our depot is based in Thomastown VIC, and you'll drive our trucks and relocate customers around Melbourne and regional Victoria. Driver's license upgrade available for the right candidates. Student Visas and Work Holiday Visas are welcome to apply.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia.

Duties

As a Furniture removalist/Truck Driver, you will:

• Safely drive 4.5T, 6T,8T, 10T (depending on the license you have).

• Carefully handle and pack customers' belongings for relocation

• Load and unload furniture and personal items onto and off moving trucks

• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

• Provide clear and consistent communication with clients during pick-up and delivery of their items

• Help ensure moving vehicles, equipment, and storage spaces remain tidy and well-maintained

As a Offsider, you will:

Skills, Requirements and Experience

• Australian Driver's License required. MR or HR License is preferable but not essential.

• Be friendly and provide great customer service. We are proud of ourselves for treating customers respectfully and professionally.

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg repeatedly throughout the day

• Be reliable, honest and punctual with your teammates and customers.

• Willing to complete a Police Check.
