About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar and Gaming Staff on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in Northgate, SA 5085. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests, ensuring they have memorable experiences at our club. This position offers flexible working arrangements suitable for those seeking casual work opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving beverages to members and guests in a prompt and professional manner

• Operating the bar with efficiency, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation

• Processing cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems

• Managing gaming machines and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally

• Restocking bar supplies and maintaining inventory levels

• Adhering to responsible service of alcohol practices and club policies

• Contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in bar or hospitality service roles

• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Cash handling experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and evenings

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service

• Willingness to learn about gaming machine regulations and procedures
