Hybrid working environment with opportunities for growth, development and exposure to enterprise-wide changePlay a key role supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives that will modernise critical business processes, systems and capabilitiesFixed term contract until September 2027 based in Bella Vista About the TeamCore Modernisation (CoreMod) is a major enterprise transformation program that will modernise the Bank's core business capabilities, processes and technology platforms. Bringing together specialists from across the organisation, the program is focused on delivering sustainable improvements that will support the Bank's operations well into the future.
As a Project Coordinator within CoreMod, you will be part of a collaborative delivery team supporting a range of initiatives across the program. Reporting to a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, you will work closely with program stakeholders, subject matter experts, business representatives and delivery partners to coordinate activities and support successful project outcomes.About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential project coordination and delivery support across the CoreMod program. Working in a fast-paced and complex environment, you will help ensure project activities are effectively planned, monitored and delivered in line with agreed objectives.
Key responsibilities include:Supporting project planning, scheduling and coordination activitiesMaintaining project documentation, governance artefacts and reporting requirementsMonitoring project progress and escalating risks, issues and dependencies as requiredCoordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activitiesAssisting with project communications and change activitiesSupporting financial tracking, resource coordination and project administration activitiesContributing to continuous improvement and the effective application of project management practices across the programAbout YouYou are organised, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to complex pieces of work. You build positive relationships with stakeholders and are comfortable working across multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
You will bring:Experience supporting project delivery, program coordination or business change initiativesStrong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and teamsThe ability to identify and monitor risks, issues and project dependenciesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to deliveryFamiliarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting practicesTertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experiencePRINCE2 Foundation certification (desirable)
