Our Assistance Centre provides 24/7 international health and security assistance to members travelling or living overseas. Staffed by a network of medical, security, aviation, and logistics specialists, we prepare customers before departure, support them while abroad, and provide assistance whenever they have a question or concern.

• Hybrid work model; work from home and in the office
• Max term Part time contract till end August 2029
• Work 19 hours a week between Monday to Friday office hours (flexible schedule)

Front line, customer facing and customer advocate role. You will be managing client requests, educations, questions, or issues related to all our products and services

About the role

The Client Success Partner will be focused on one of our key strategic accounts. Key tasks:

• Manage the account and all associated agencies
• Assist Account Management and Business Development teams for client review and discussion
• In partnership with the Sales team, develop and execute project plans, ensuring scheduled events and milestones are delivered on time
• Proactively engage clients in utilisation of their solutions and services

About you

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a client service role, with international corporate organisations
• Proven service delivery experience for an enterprise application that is delivered as an online service
• Strong skills in project management, creative problem solving and communication
• Self-motivated and analytical, with an eye for detail
• Full working rights in Australia
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
