TOMS Anglican Church is seeking a godly, relational and mission-minded Assistant Minister to lead our youth and young-adult ministries and contribute to the preaching, pastoral care and leadership development of our growing church.
Located in Cranebrook and serving the surrounding communities of Castlereagh, Jordan Springs and Ropes Crossing, TOMS is a warm, evangelical Anglican church committed to reaching the lost and making disciples from the ‘Ropes to the River’.
We gather across two Sunday services and have significant opportunities to connect with children, teenagers and families through our local community and SRE ministry in seven schools.
We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, teaches the Bible faithfully and is passionate about helping young people become mature disciples of Christ.
This person will work closely with the Senior Minister and ministry team to strengthen existing ministries, develop leaders and help TOMS reach the next generation.
The Role
This is a permanent, full-time position commencing in January 2027.

Ordination is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will need to be eligible for licensing or authorisation within the Anglican Diocese of Sydney and meet all diocesan Safe Ministry requirements.
