The Opportunity

As an Operator Maintainer (OM), you'll play a key role in keeping our automated systems running at peak performance.

This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same - you'll monitor systems, troubleshoot faults, and work closely with maintenance teams to keep operations on track.

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols including safe manual handling practices
• Monitor and operate automated material handling systems
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve faults efficiently and safely
• Use logical problem-solving to troubleshoot technical issues
• Work at heights of up to 30 metres (with full training and safety equipment)
• Support high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members to optimise system performance

• A practical, hands-on mindset with good problem-solving ability
• Interest in automation, mechanics, or technology
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
• Physical capability to walk, climb, and lift up to 25kg
• Confidence working at heights
