Now we’ve got you interested here’s the role on offer…. As IT Services Administrator you will be based at our North Rocks Head Office, and will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for staff experiencing ICT issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support to staff across multiple locations via phone, email and remote support.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and technology rollouts.
Respond to IT support requests promptly, professionally and with a strong customer service focus.
Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Intune, AVD and Windows 11 environments.
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
Assist users with our ERP system and other business applications.
Monitor hardware, infrastructure and business-critical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Identify recurring issues, recommend improvements and escalate where appropriate.
Provide training and guidance to staff on hardware, software and best practices.
Assist with maintaining network infrastructure and liaise with external vendors and service providers when required.
Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, solutions and IT procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
Empathetic and supportive to people with varying technical abilities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environment.
Business Application Support experience (Microsoft Applications, ERP Applications, etc).
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune (highly regarded).
Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a level 1 or 2 service/help desk role.
University or TAFE Qualifications in IT, or a similar field.
Customer Service experience.
Experience with IT Hardware setup, replacements and upgrades.
SQL knowledge (preferred but not essential).
