The Opportunity

Due to an increase in works, Black Cat Civil are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Infrastructure division to support a project on a FIFO 2/1 roster outside of Cairns.

All accommodation, food and flights are covered by Black Cat Civil.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Employee flight bookings
• Processing new employee onboarding documents
• Timesheet Support
• Job set up within Black Cat Civils project management software.
• Maintain a range of spreadsheets and registers on behalf of the management team
• High volume data entry into safety management systems

Desired skills & experience

This opportunity is ideal for a capable Administrator, who can support a dynamic team, we are interested in hearing from any candidates with the following skills/abilities:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
• Prior experience in construction, quarries, mining and/or engineering is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, team player, willingness to complete any task to a high standard and a strong attention to detail is essential.
• Suitable candidate must be Cairns or Brisbane based.
