ABOUT THE ROLE
Backam Group is currently seeking experienced MR and HR Drivers to join a leading landscaping and building materials supplier based in Brookvale, NSW.
These are ongoing Monday-Friday day shift opportunities delivering landscaping and construction materials throughout the Sydney metropolitan area. Successful candidates will operate modern vehicles, assist with customer deliveries, and support general yard operations when required.
📍Location: Brookvale, NSW
🛠 Positions: MR Driver & HR HIAB Driver
📄 Employment Type: Casual (Ongoing)
⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | Day Shift
🚀 Start: ASAP
Pay Rates
💰 MR Driver: $40.46 per hour casual
💰 HR HIAB Driver: $45.00 per hour casual
AVAILABLE ROLES
1️⃣ MR DRIVER
You will be responsible for completing local deliveries of:

• Soil
• Sand
• Gravel
• Mulch
• Landscaping and building products

Requirements
✅ Unrestricted MR Licence (or higher)
✅ Minimum 12 months MR driving experience
✅ Experience driving tipper trucks
✅ RMS Driver Record - or willing to obtain
✅ Reliable and safety-focused attitude

Highly Regarded:

• LF Forklift Licence
• Landscaping materials experience

2️⃣ HR HIAB DRIVER
You will be responsible for:

• Completing Sydney metro deliveries
• Operating a vehicle loading crane safely and efficiently
• Conducting site assessments before unloading
• Delivering landscaping and building materials
• Loading and unloading products
• Supporting yard operations

Requirements
✅ HR Licence (or higher)
✅ Minimum 12 months HR driving experience
✅ HIAB / Vehicle Loading Crane experience
✅ RMS Driver Record - or willing to obtain
