Synergie is seeking skilled Powder Coaters to join our client's team in the Inner Northern Suburbs! Work with a well-established company. If you have experience in powder coating and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform powder coating on a variety of metal components
• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency
• Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
• Monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating adhesion
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Powder Coater (essential)
• Familiarity with powder coating equipment and processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay Rates & Benefits:

• Casual Pay Rate: Day Shift: $50 per hour, negotiated depending on experience
• Stable, long-term employment with potential for permanency
