Role purpose:The Operations Specialist End of Lease is responsible for managing customer assets and lease contracts during and at the end of the minimum lease term. The role acts as the primary customer contact for end-of-lease matters, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication while ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of in-life and end-of-lease activities.
Key responsibilities:Manage customer queries and cases relating to in-life and end-of-lease activitiesComplete all related administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframesProvide guidance on customer invoicing, credits and refunds associated with end-of-lease activitiesDeliver front-line customer service via phone and emailMonitor and resolve cases in line with service-level agreementsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomesWork closely with customers, suppliers, Sales, Operations, Finance and Cash Operations
Required skills:2 years’ experience in an operational, finance, banking, services or commercial roleBachelor degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related disciplineExperience with workflow queues, customer management, CRM or portfolio management systemsExperience in finance/leasing, financial transactions or accounting is desirableCustomer service or account management experienceStrong attention to detail, organisation and multitasking skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and ExcelCustomer-focused, task-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a teamDemonstrated initiative, tenacity, critical thinking and data-analysis skillsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills
