We are looking for casuals with the potential for permanent work for the right candidates. 

***At this time we are not looking for any junior coaches 17 years and younger***

Over 25 years we’ve built a business that encourages children to enjoy sport by focusing on building self-esteem, sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership. We create events that motivate children to play, where no one sits on the bench and everyone’s treated like a superstar.

We use sport, music and dance to actively motivate children and we invent and modify sport to engage children of all ages and activity levels.

Motiv8sports is designed for a wide range of skill levels. We avoid activities that involve monotonous drills and skills. We offer high energy experiences where all kids can be part of the action, regardless of their ability. We promote a strong anti-bullying message, encouraging acceptance and inclusion in all we do.

• We are looking for RELIABLE, CONFIDENT, ENERGETIC people who LOVE Coaching Kids!

• Teachers, University Students, Personal Trainers, People passionate about coaching!

1. Set up and pack down of sports camps, clinics, tournaments and parties

2. Complete ongoing training in Motiv8sports coaching programs and procedures

3. Behavioural management of up to 22 children aged between 5-12

4. Conduct sports coaching following Motiv8sports coaching protocols

5. Ensure a positive, motivating, engaging environment for all Motiv8sports attendees

6. Maintain high energy levels and enthusiasm at every Motiv8sports event

7. Represent Motiv8sports in a positive manner in all interactions with customers, parents, campers and venue staff
