Diamonds Select Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly polished Senior Jewellery Designer & Sales Consultant to join our Perth Head Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with a strong background in fine jewellery, exceptional client service skills, and a refined eye for design.

About the Role

In this senior role, you will work with a discerning clientele to deliver exceptional sales experiences and bespoke jewellery solutions. You will collaborate closely with our design and manufacturing teams to bring custom creations to life, while also contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

This role is based in Perth and involves regular domestic and international travel throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and high-value sales experiences

• Consult with clients to design and develop custom jewellery pieces

• Maintain and grow relationships with VIP and repeat clients

• Work closely with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality outcomes

• Assist in presenting and promoting new and existing jewellery collections

• Represent the business professionally both locally and during travel commitments

• Contribute to day-to-day showroom operations

About You

To succeed, you will bring:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the jewellery industry

• Strong sales track record in high-end or luxury retail

• Solid knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery craftsmanship

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Immaculate personal presentation and a client-focused approach

• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

• A strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail
