Client Service Officer

Permanent full-time role | Mackay or Brisbane, Queensland | 80 hours per fortnight

Alman Partners is seeking a professional, organised and client-focused Client Service Officer to join our team in either Mackay or Brisbane. This permanent full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality administrative and operational support, building positive client relationships and contributing to a supportive advice team environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Client Service Operations Manager, you will support the delivery of a consistent, high-quality client experience through effective administrative, client service and office support. You will assist advice teams with client communication, documentation, workflow management, implementation support and accurate data maintenance across key business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries in a timely, professional and service-focused manner.
• Prepare meeting documentation.
• Source, review and collate information from superannuation, insurance, investment and managed platforms.
• Maintain accurate and current client, workflow and data feed information in Salesforce and Xplan.
• Track, progress and complete workflow tasks within required timeframes.
• Support Advisers and advice teams with client enquiries, meeting actions and administrative requirements.
• Assist with the implementation of advice in line with business processes, compliance obligations and required timeframes.
• Contribute to team projects, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming and well-presented office environment.

About You

You will be a proactive and reliable team member with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client care. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working with business systems and supporting accurate, efficient workflows in a professional services environment.

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated client service capability, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, organisation and efficiency in collecting, maintaining and updating client information.
• Experience using CRM and business systems, including Salesforce, Xplan or similar.
• A qualification in finance, financial planning, business administration or a related field is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in client services, administration or financial services.
• Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
