Customer Service / Presite Building Coordinator

Working for this secure building company, this role is responsible for contract and customer service from the handover from the sales team until the build goes to the site. You'll need to have a good understanding of HIA contracts, and attention to detail to ensure all contractual information is captured. You will be in a team of three in the presite team, but the larger office has around 50 staff.

Team culture is important,and the company is socially responsible, participating in charity days, celebrating milestones and sucess, as well as team lunches and morning teas.  

Requirements:

• 2+ years working for a project home builder
• A good understanding of HIA contracts
• A can-do attitude
• Strong attention to details

The role is based in Hamilton and there is parking close by.

It is paying a range between $80-93K + super

The role is available immediately, but we will wait for the right candidate.
