The Facilities Coordinator provides support and guidance to engineering trade staff and contractors in carrying out repairs and maintenance work to building infrastructure and assets. Ensure that Reactive Maintenance (RM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) works are completed by internal trade staff and external contractors within the specified time frame. The role takes responsibility for the PM Facility Coordinator’s role in their absence, ensuring the seamless continuity of operations.

Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator full time to work at Monash based at Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Facilities Manager and working with the broader Facilities/Engineering team.
