The Role

We have full-time permanent positions available for FIFO or DIDO on a 2/1 roster from Perth. You’ll work 12-hour shifts as part of a supportive crew on sites within Western Australia.

As a Drilling Offsider, you’ll support drill operations including:

• Assisting the driller with safe rig operations and daily drilling tasks

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Handling rods/tools and supporting set up / pack down

• General site tasks and teamwork in remote environments

Entry-level applicants: You’ll be trained from day one with hands-on mentoring.

Experienced applicants: You’ll be recognised for your skills and supported to progress quickly into senior duties and leadership.

• Accredited Drilling Industry training within 6–12 months (Certificate II in Drilling Operations)

• Support for additional tickets and upskilling (e.g., truck licence upgrades, high risk licences, telehandler, and more)

What You’ll Need (Essential)

• HR Truck Driver’s Licence or above (essential)

• National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)

• Full (non-restricted) working rights

• Currently residing in WA (regional applicants welcome)

Tickets/certs (current or willing to obtain):

• First Aid

• 4WD Certificate

• White Card
