Production Operator

Production Operator | Rydalmere, NSW
Casual (Must be available Monday to Friday)

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am – 1:30pm, and Friday, 5:00am – 11:00am. Weekend overtime may be available for suitable candidates.

Hunter Douglas is seeking reliable Production Operators to join our factory team! This role offers steady casual work, competitive pay, early starts and finishes, full training, overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Assembly and process work, including checking, packing and labelling products.

• Manual handling where required, along with general factory and housekeeping duties.

• Following safe work procedures, production requirements and quality standards.

What we’re looking for

• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Able to read and understand English instructions and complete repetitive tasks safely and accurately.

• Good attention to detail, commitment to safe work practices and availability for the required shifts and possible overtime.

• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and provide proof of valid Australian work rights and Tax File Number.

Full training will be provided. PPE will also be provided, except steel cap/toe cap safety shoes, which must be supplied by the employee.
