The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure is building a pool for Procurement Support Officer opportunities within Finance and Procurement Services.
The opportunity:
As part of the Procurement and Fleet Management Branch, you will help keep things moving by supporting purchase orders, corporate purchasing cards, reporting, document archiving and everyday stakeholder enquiries. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy team environment, communicates clearly, is reliable and proactive, and is keen to learn, grow and develop in the role while confidently balancing competing priorities.
We are looking for someone who can:
We currently have one (1) Permanent, full-time position available with an immediate start.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made for this or similar future vacancies, fixed term or permanent, full-time or part-time, that arise within the next twelve (12) months from the date of first appointment across the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure.
Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
