As Transformation & Change Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and landing future-state ways of working. Working alongside senior executives, transformation leaders and teams across the firm, you will help translate our vision into practical operating model changes, workforce strategies and sustainable adoption outcomes.

Sitting at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, workforce transformation and change, you will help Deloitte evolve how people, technology and new capabilities work together at scale.

What will your typical day look like?

Shape future-state operating models, partnering with senior leaders to define new ways of working and how people, processes and technology come together to deliver better outcomes. Lead enterprise transformation, designing and executing strategies that move the organisation from current-state to future-state operating models and services. Build stakeholder and executive alignment, supporting governance, decision-making and commitment across diverse teams and leaders. Drive workforce and capability transformation, translating operating model decisions into workforce, role and capability plans. Embed sustainable change, ensuring leaders and teams are ready to adopt and sustain new ways of working. Measure value realisation, tracking adoption, workforce outcomes and business benefits to ensure transformation objectives are achieved.

Change & Experience sits within Deloitte's Enabling Areas and focuses on helping the firm evolve how work gets done. The team works at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, workforce transformation and change, partnering with leaders across the business to deliver practical, sustainable change that strengthens performance and improves the employee experience.

Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

10-15+ years' experience in enterprise transformation, operating model, organisation design, workforce strategy, change or related disciplines. Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, including significant changes to operating models, ways of working or workforce structures. Strong strategic and analytical capability, translating business strategy into practical implementation and workforce outcomes. Experience influencing senior leaders, supporting complex transformation decisions and governance processes. Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders, building commitment and momentum across large, matrixed organisations. Strong commercial judgement, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes at pace.
