What You'll Be Doing
In this Enrolled Nurse role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting positive clinical outcomes and patient wellbeing. Key responsibilities will be to:
Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating individualised careCommunicate effectively with patients, families and care teamsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient recordsDeliver care in line with professional standards and policiesManage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment

Essential Requirement
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the positionDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled NurseDemonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care teamAn understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
