Groomer/ Stylist:
As a Groomer / Stylist you'll deliver exceptional grooming experiences, in addition to:

• Providing full grooming services, including breed-specific styling
• Delivering outstanding customer service and personalised grooming advice
• Managing client bookings and building lasting customer relationships
• Maintaining high salon presentation and safety standards
• Supporting the Store Manager with salon operations
• Helping achieve salon performance goals while always putting pet welfare first
• Working collaboratively with the wider store team

You'll bring:

• Professional dog grooming experience
• A grooming qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
• Strong knowledge of breed-specific styling
• A commitment to animal welfare and safe handling practices

Bather/ Dryer:
Every day is different! You'll work alongside our grooming team to:

• Bathe, dry and prepare dogs for grooming
• Support our Senior Groomers with daily salon operations
• Provide exceptional care for every pet
• Create memorable customer experiences
• Assist with salon bookings and daily organisation
• Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming salon

Experience working with animals is great but not essential - we're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for pets.
