Sub-Contractor Cleaner

S&A Advanced Cleaning is seeking a subcontract construction / commercial cleaner or labourer.

About the role:

You will be cleaning in a team environment across different residential and commercial build sites in Adelaide. Work is post construction cleaning. All equipment and products are on provided, you simply arrive at work and clean allocated areas. Main roles will be removing dust and debris from joinery, flooring, walls, etc. Will be provided with the companies vest to wear each day.

General Hours of work and payment:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm
• NOT FULL TIME HOURS days will be assigned to you.
• Contracts available for large projects
• Payments made 5 – 7 business days (Monday –Friday) after the completion of each individual job / work site.

Requirements:

• Must have good communication skills.
• Own driver’s license and own car for transport preferred but not a priority.
• Must have a registered ABN.
• Be able to respond promptly to phone calls/SMS/emails from us.
