Finance Senior Associate or Special Counsel

About your new employer:

About the role:

• Acting for major financiers on all forms of finance transactions, including project finance, syndicated loans, mezzanine funding, private equity deals involving debt to equity conversions and profit participation.
• Advising on banking and finance compliance and regulatory issues, and SMSF lending.
• Drafting standard loan and security documentation for lenders and National Credit Code compliance, and surety bond facilities.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years PQE in banking and finance law up to Special Counsel level
• Strong technical skills, proven experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Confidence to manage files end to end and make sound commercial judgment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a solutions-focused approach
• Immediate or short notice availability will be highly valued!
