About the role:We’re looking for a Product Orchestration Lead to join our Product Team — someone who thrives on bringing people, ideas and momentum together.
In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Commercial and customer-facing teams — coordinating product analytics, delivery and go-to-market activity so great ideas don’t just stay ideas. Working within our rapid delivery framework, you’ll help initiatives move smoothly from first spark to real customer impact.
We operate under a structured AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) approach, and you’ll play a key part in keeping our delivery fast, considered, and grounded in real-world feedback.

What You'll Be Doing:
Product Intake & PrioritisationTriage, document, and manage product requests and enhancements in Jira.Clarify problems, requirements, scope, dependencies, & delivery approaches.Partner closely with Senior Product Managers and broader Product teams.Support prioritization activities that align to business goals & AI-DLC principles.Ensure work enters delivery streams with clear outcomes & measures.
Delivery OrchestrationCoordinate with Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.Track progress across rapid, iterative delivery cycles.Identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate issue resolution.Provide clear status updates and delivery reporting to stakeholders.Ensure delivery is aligned with AI-DLC frameworks & governance requirements.
GTM Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate go-to-market activities across Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams.Ensure teams are aligned on product scope, customer value, positioning, release plans, and rollout expectations.Support successful product launches and adoption initiatives.Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple business functions.
Analytics & Continuous ImprovementMonitor and analyse qualitative and quantitative product performance data.Translate insights into product recommendations and improvements.Assess performance signals using AI-DLC thinking and recommend next steps.Support a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and optimisation.

About You
Essential Experience & SkillsExperience in Product Operations, Product Delivery, Product Management support, or similar coordination roles.Practical understanding of AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) principles and AI-enabled product delivery.Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and iterative environments.Strong organisational, coordination, and execution capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to act as a central source of clarity across cross-functional teams.Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.Collaborative, proactive, and highly delivery-focused with a strong drive to achieve results.
Preferred ExperienceHealthcare, pharmacy, health technology, or digital health industry experience.Experience using Jira or similar work management tools.Exposure to go-to-market planning and field enablement activities.Experience contributing to onboarding playbooks, operational frameworks, or customer success initiatives.Experience building or deploying AI agents to improve business processes and team productivity.
