Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership of your portfolio, work within a supportive team and be part of a growing business?

NGU Real Estate Lifestyle is seeking an experienced full-time Property Manager to join our Rosewood office. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio while playing an important role in the continued growth of our business.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, based in our Rosewood office. You will initially manage a partial portfolio of approximately 70 properties, with a competitive salary reflective of the portfolio size. Remuneration will be reviewed and adjusted as the portfolio grows.

We will also provide a company phone, desktop computer and access to a company vehicle for work-related use.

This is a hands-on property management position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants while ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently and proactively.

• Managing a residential property portfolio

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Paying bills and supplier invoices on time

• Processing owner disbursements

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing emergency repair requests

• Invoicing marketing costs and title searches for new managements

• Managing bond lodgements and incoming invoices

• Preparing and managing lease renewals

• Conducting scheduled routine inspections

• Completing detailed entry and exit condition reports

• Managing arrears and general tenancy administration

• Liaising with owners, tenants, contractors and trades

• Supporting the onboarding of new managements as required

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have previous residential property management experience

• Hold a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence

• Hold a current driver’s licence

• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confidently prioritise and manage a busy workload

• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Have a positive, proactive and professional attitude

• Be comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
